A police officer from her team went looking for a little girl who called 9-1-1 and said her mother wouldn’t wake up. Circumstances take a horrific turn when the officer breaks into her house. That evening, the officers were busier than usual at the police station that day, investigating a murder. All the hotlines were busy with calls routed to various emergencies from all over the city. And then there was a strange call from a little girl.
“9-1-1, what is your emergency? » the dispatcher replied as an eerie silence spread in the background, followed by a loud hiss on the receiver.
” I’m hungry. Mom doesn’t wake up all day,” said a little girl, bursting into tears.
“Where are you?”
“I don’t know. Mom told me to call 9-1-1 if I have any problems,” the girl replied, sounding terrified of something.
The dispatcher then asked the girl for more details about her location.

After a serious silence, Maggie gave the dispatcher the address where she lived earlier, but she didn’t know where she was currently.

Nancy carried Maggie outside and put her in the car.

She searched for the woman in every nook and cranny of the house but could not find her. As Nancy continued to search, she found a door leading to a basement. She walked in and found Maggie’s mother lying unconscious on the floor. Nancy ran to the scene and touched the woman to wake her up, only to feel her body cold. Maggie’s mother was dead.
